Welcome to our newly refurbished, beautiful, light filled studio at 68 Salusbury Road, NW6, just up from The Salusbury Pub & Dining Room and across from the school.

Our clients are the masters of making the seconds count.

We’ve been impressed at how our members juggle their time to exercise. Many of them stretch those seconds by picking us because we’re close to where they live or work. The timetable matters. Booking the class they want matters. We ensure that our timetable really does the job well for you.

Fit Together:- Our members share our preference to exercise with a small group of people that make the workout more enjoyable. Which is why ‘fit together’ describes our approach to sociable fitness.

We’ve arranged our classes to combine variety and effectiveness, with enough places on each to provide a proper coached class. That way you’ll be sure that your technique is getting you the best results.



Build strength, agility and fitness with our signature mix of kickboxing rounds and powerplate. Up-tempo fun and non-stop. Upper, lower and full body options.


Challenge your cardiovascular fitness on indoor cycle classes - zone or freestyle. Fun, fast and challenging.


Work on your movement foundation by targeting deep core muscles, while rebalancing and de-stressing. Yoga, pilates, core conditioning and barre.


Classes that use specific equipment or focus on specific results to keep your workouts varied and enjoyable. Use your whole body in HIIT, circuits, TRX, kettlebells and combo.


Baby Friendly classes where you can bring your little one along to watch you get fit.

My fitness experience started with dance at the age of 8, I trained for 3 years and become interested in sport when I was 11 and quickly involved myself in Volleyball. I have professionally played volleyball for over 20 years and coached others in this sport. Health and fitness is a true passion for me and I'm genuinely committed to helping others achieve their full potential. 

I enjoy my work as seeing results is what drives me. Bringing joy into the lives of my clients through a healthy lifestyle is something I thrive on.


Angie - As a highest Europe Active qualified Personal Trainer, “Advanced Health & Exercise Specialist” “Advanced Nutrition Advisor” and a holder of “BSc Physical Education and Sports Science” degree, my passion is “You”.  I want to see you fitter, healthier and stronger with more confidence. I invest all my passion and my knowledge to improve the 5 general components of Fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. My personal sessions are designed according to Scientific Methods aiming to build  your muscles and to focus on hormonal responses that are really important for your Personal Fitness & Health Development. You might find the intensity of my sessions “a little bit high”, but that’s all your body needs. I promise you that “Your Body will not disappoint you after; you will receive your reward”. Your Mind is the limit…Believe.

I believe in a mental and conscious personal touch and approach. I ensure my clients understand what to do, why we are doing it and how to ensure that our programme becomes an integral part of their lifestyle moving forward, whether they continue using a Personal Trainer or not.

Coming from an HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training - environment. I strongly believe that great results can be achieved in a minimal amount of time if you approach your exercise correctly.

Nutrition also plays an essential part and I will advise clients on the best foods to eat to complement their workouts and achieve their goals.

Ultimately however, nothing can happen without the magic ingredient: motivation. My goal is to motivate you to help you achieve your health, fitness and/or sport related goals. I will help you build an effective healthy and gratifying lifestyle, not just a gym programme.

Freddy - I am qualified Level 3 Master Personal Trainer with over 6 years experience teaching and guiding clients and groups to acheive their dream results. Being a Professional Boxer and former semi- pro Footballer has lead to me specialising in High Performance and Rehabilitation training. Always helping to push you to the next level and to coach you to a healthier lifestyle.


Kelly - Recently moved from Australia I bring years of fitness experience and a sunny disposition to not-so-sunny London. My specialities include sport specific training and conditioning and dealing with injuries.Whether you are a beginner or seasoned gym junkie, I will work you hard to get results and reach your goals. My experience performing and training others for Dance and Circus Arts means that workouts are never boring with plenty of challenging and varied exercises.I hold Certificate III & IV in Fitness along with further qualifications in Pre and Post-natal, Pelvic Floor, Dealing with Lower Back and Shoulder Pain, Nutrition and Kettlebell training. 


Paula - I am a qualified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. My interest in fitness began when I started my career as a dance teacher which helped me realise how important health and wellness is for each individual person.

My passion is to teach you how to train smarter by working more efficiently, more comprehensively, with as much knowledge as possible whilst preventing the risk of injury. I specialise in various areas from Functional and Strength training to Corrective Exercise. I also have a keen interest in Olympic lifting in which I train on a daily basis.

Training with me, you will become stronger, fitter and more mobile, you will discover a sense of mindfulness, creativity and fun in your fitness practice, which will carry over into your everyday life. Whatever your goal is, I am here to help you achieve it,
