Welcome to our newly refurbished studio at 63 Balham High Road SW12, just up from Waitrose and a short distance from the Balham’s station.

Our clients are the masters of making the seconds count.

We’ve been impressed at how our members juggle their time to exercise. Many of them stretch those seconds by picking us because we’re close to where they live or work. The timetable matters. Booking the class they want matters. We ensure that our timetable really does the job well for you.

Fit Together:- Our members share our preference to exercise with a small group of people that make the workout more enjoyable. Which is why ‘fit together’ describes our approach to sociable fitness.

We’ve arranged our classes to combine variety and effectiveness, with enough places on each to provide a proper coached class. That way you’ll be sure that your technique is getting you the best results.

OUR COACHED CLASSES

STRIKE

Build strength, agility and fitness with our signature mix of kickboxing rounds and Powerplate. Up-tempo fun and non-stop. Upper, lower and full body options.

RIDE

Challenge your cardiovascular fitness on indoor cycle classes - zone or freestyle. Fun, fast and challenging.

FORM

Work on your movement foundation by targeting deep core muscles, while rebalancing and de-stressing. Yoga, Pilates, core conditioning and barre.

FUNCTION

Classes that use specific equipment or focus on specific results to keep your workouts varied and enjoyable. Use your whole body in HIIT, Circuits, TRX, Kettlebells and Combo45

FAMILY

In addition to having an on-site Creche run by Chatty Nannies, we also offer Baby Friendly classes where you can bring your little one along to watch you get fit.

We're inspired to make it easy for you to enjoy the process of getting fit with other likeminded people. Our studios are a friendly place to make the most of your time exercising.

Charlotte - I have been a trainer for many years now and I couldn't think of being anything else. For me, your results are my success. I will strive to give you the mind and body that you want. Working as a team I will tailor your sessions to make your training fun and enjoyable as well as being challenging and invigorating.

I specialise in functional training and focus on form and posture. Being a Pilates instructor I am obsessed with corrective exercise and working you from the inside out. With me you will have a positive outlook to health and fitness and keep your results everlasting.

I’m all about changing how people experience fitness. Exercising should be challenging but also something enjoyable. I believe that we are all athletes and I thrive to help people achieve their fitness goals by using a holistic approach.

My athletic background involved handball on a higher level, modern dance, and running (track and field), which is still taking a great part in my personal training regimen.

With my knowledge, emphatic approach and a positive push in the right direction, my aim is to collaborate and help you to develop a strategic plan to reach your goals. Whether your goal is to get stronger, leaner or fitter, I will get you there!

As an accomplished fitness trainer, my professional track record encompasses the aptitude to incorporate a holistic approach to health and fitness which entwines both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. I have great exposure to techniques pertinent to managing a client’s endurance, flexibility and lifestyle considerations, especially when formulating a health plan. 

My knowledge of nutrition would assist me in formulating client-individual diet plans and developing exciting and effective exercise programs.
