John joined us in 2008 at West Hampstead before moving across to manage Muswell Hill. A former Athlete of the Year at Middlesex Uni, when he's not enjoying his favourite Full Body Workout, he can probably be found carp fishing in the middle of nowhere.
Wow - can you do that?! A Level 3 Personal Trainer, Jen’s sessions focus not only on a great workout but also flexibility and function. A former dancer, a session with Jen will train your core, body strength and agility.
Level 3 qualified Sonia's hugely passionate about fitness and committed to delivering energising sessions. Her dance background means they're fun but always thorough!
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Dylan has boxed for England (wow!) which probably explains why Ray Robinson is his sporting hero. Pulls no punches when teaching the full body workout to our lovely clients.
All the way from Italy we welcome Fabulous Fabio to our team. A qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer his favourite sessions are Ultimate Circuits & Total Body Sculpt.
