Welcome to our newly refurbished studio at 125 St Margarets Road, right next to St Margarets station and a short distance from both Richmond and Twickenham. We've an entrance next to Streets, the florist and greengrocer, although if you're armed with a buggy, for your convenience we've got another entrance at the rear, just off Broadway Avenue.
A Fantastic Variety of Classes
With over 40 different class types to choose from you could almost try a different class every week if you wanted to. Most of our clients find that they soon discover their favourites but regularly mix it up a little to keep their visits exciting. There's nothing better than a 30 minute exercise session with a couple of friends followed by a cup of coffee and a guilt free cake, happy in the knowledge that you've done your bit to keep yourself fit and had a great time in the process.
Featuring four fitness zones offering a fantastic mix of 30 and 45 minute classes, always led by one of our qualified Group Personal Trainers this is fitness on your terms. We incorporate the very latest equipment and techniques into our sessions, focusing on improving your cardio fitness, core strength, weight loss and general wellbeing.
We've yoga, barre and pilates and an on-site osteopath and massage service. Plus we offer a whole range of baby friendly classes where you can bring your child. You can be confident that they are happy and safe whilst you focus on being the healthiest you can be. In addition we have a number of additional activities for younger people such as ballet and Teen-Fit sessions.
A comprehensive range of beauty treatments are also available in our beautiful new therapy rooms.

The smart alternative to the gym in St Margarets, Richmond, Twickenham and Isleworth
Arianna recently joined Movers and Shapers after spending 2 years in Saudi Arabia working for the country’s leading Women’s only gym inspiring women to get active and stay active. Arianna’s passion for Sport and Fitness led her to completing a degree in Sport Management where her career progressed to facility management and sports development for local councils in London. Her favourite classes include Indoor Cycling and Boxfit.
Mirk is a new joiner to the Movers and Shapers team. He has recently graduated with a degree in Strength and conditioning science. Mirk has experience in Olympic weight lifting coaching and a real passion for strength training and muscle hypertrophy training.
Mirk is also an ex-pro football player, he has played football for Crystal Palace and also his national team Turkey following a long spell playing semi-professional.
‘Luki has been with the Movers and Shapers team since Nov 2015, after working in various gyms around and within London for the last 15 years. He specialises in core based functional movements combining and bringing Pilates principles and Yoga Philosophies in everything he does and teach.
Luki is a keen road cyclist and obviously loves Revolution Cycle and Zone cycle, but also his biggest passion now, after many years on TRX, is Pilates and Yoga.

Lotta joined us in December 2015 having been trained by the Fitness Academy of Finland. She's got a wealth of interests aside from fitness including classical ballet, fictional prose writing and bikini fitness modelling. With her partner, artist Vesa Kivinen, Lotta's also active on the contemporary arts scene.
Maria is a Level 3 Personal Trainer originally from Sweden with a real passion for health and fitness.
She transformed herself from a size 18 unfit and unhealthy junk food and sugar addict to a size 8 fit and healthy Personal Trainer, knowing what a positive impact this transformation made on her own life has made her really passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
Maria’s interests are Reflexology (she’s a Level 3 qualified Therapist), life coaching, going to concerts and art exhibitions and relaxing with a good book.
Ray is an avid sports fan with a background in sports science. Training in martial arts for 20 years across a multitude of systems including Wing Chun,Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Judo and Western Boxing. Through research and years of training Ray has created his own system of martial arts putting to use all aspects of traditional to modern arts. Combining this with Sports Science, Ray specializes in Sports Conditioning for Martial Arts, Running and Basketball.
