Welcome to our beautiful, light-filled studio at 68 Salusbury Road, NW6, just up from The Salusbury Pub & Dining Room and across from the school. Come along and experience the brand new concept of Group Personal Training - equipment based group exercise to get you double the results in half the time.

Featuring three fitness zones offering a fantastic mix of sessions, many of which are 30 effective minutes, all in small groups and always led by one of our expert Group Personal Trainers, this is fitness on your terms. Our zones feature the very latest techniques focusing on improving your cardio fitness, core strength, weight loss and general wellbeing. Plus specialist small group barre, yoga and pilates!

Whatever your age, lifestyle or fitness level, tell us what body shape you want to achieve and we’ll get you there with our trademark Group Personal Training. Many of our sessions are suitable for new mums and mums-to-be so if you're expecting or post-natal we'll help you choose the sessions that are right for you.We're open seven days a week with regular sessions across the day to fit with your schedule.

Charlotte - I have been a trainer for many years now and I couldn't think of being anything else. For me, your results are my success. I will strive to give you the mind and body that you want. Working as a team I will tailor your sessions to make your training fun and enjoyable as well as being challenging and invigorating.

I specialise in functional training and focus on form and posture. Being a Pilates instructor I am obsessed with corrective exercise and working you from the inside out. With me you will have a positive outlook to health and fitness and keep your results everlasting.

Angie - As a highest Europe Active qualified Personal Trainer, “Advanced Health & Exercise Specialist” “Advanced Nutrition Advisor” and a holder of “BSc Physical Education and Sports Science” degree, my passion is “You”.  I want to see you fitter, healthier and stronger with more confidence. I invest all my passion and my knowledge to improve the 5 general components of Fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. My personal sessions are designed according to Scientific Methods aiming to build  your muscles and to focus on hormonal responses that are really important for your Personal Fitness & Health Development. You might find the intensity of my sessions “a little bit high”, but that’s all your body needs. I promise you that “Your Body will not disappoint you after; you will receive your reward”. Your Mind is the limit…Believe.

Evi - I have been passionate about fitness since I was a child. A fair gymnastics and volleyball athlete myself. I decided to follow my passion and train as a personal trainer. With a sports science degree focusing on rehabilitation (due to my special needs area of expertise) I believe that every body has a purpose.

I am a firm believer in changing and challenging fitness routines to keep you progressing. However at the same time I like keeping it light and fun to make it a lifestyle you want to commit to.

Each trainee should reach his/her limits but never crossing the borders. Exercising is a way of life and not a chore. I believe that the better you treat your body the happier and more functional your every day reality will be.

I consider TRX to be one of the most effective workouts because, as I always say “you have to use every single muscle throughout the whole workout”.

One of my favorite mantra “Your health is an investment, not an expense”.

Being a Professional Boxer and former semi- pro Footballer has lead to me specialising in High Performance and Rehabilitation training. Always helping to push you to the next level and to coach you to a healthier lifestyle.

Jake - Ex British army infantry of 6 years I strongly believe in hard work and results. I'm a level 3 Certified Personal Trainer specialising in high intensity, fat loss and muscle building. Motivated by results I strive to help people reach their best, wether you're going on holiday and want to look good on the beach, or just keeping fit; everybody is different. I pride myself on making results happen in an enjoyable yet challenging environment using proven techniques and training methods.

Kelly - Recently moved from Australia I bring years of fitness experience and a sunny disposition to not-so-sunny London. My specialities include sport specific training and conditioning and dealing with injuries.Whether you are a beginner or seasoned gym junkie, I will work you hard to get results and reach your goals. My experience performing and training others for Dance and Circus Arts means that workouts are never boring with plenty of challenging and varied exercises.I hold Certificate III & IV in Fitness along with further qualifications in Pre and Post-natal, Pelvic Floor, Dealing with Lower Back and Shoulder Pain, Nutrition and Kettlebell training.

Paula - I am a qualified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. My interest in fitness began when I started my career as a dance teacher which helped me realise how important health and wellness is for each individual person.

My passion is to teach you how to train smarter by working more efficiently, more comprehensively, with as much knowledge as possible whilst preventing the risk of injury. I specialise in various areas from Functional and Strength training to Corrective Exercise. I also have a keen interest in Olympic lifting in which I train on a daily basis.

Training with me, you will become stronger, fitter and more mobile, you will discover a sense of mindfulness, creativity and fun in your fitness practice, which will carry over into your everyday life. Whatever your goal is, I am here to help you achieve it,

With various exercises in the 30 minute sessions you don't get bored or used to 'a routine'. I feel so much fitter, healthier and happier in myself.
