Welcome to our beautiful, light-filled studio at 68 Salusbury Road, NW6, just up from The Salusbury Pub & Dining Room and across from the school. Come along and experience the brand new concept of Group Personal Training - equipment based group exercise to get you double the results in half the time.
Featuring three fitness zones offering a fantastic mix of sessions, many of which are 30 effective minutes, all in small groups and always led by one of our expert Group Personal Trainers, this is fitness on your terms. Our zones feature the very latest techniques focusing on improving your cardio fitness, core strength, weight loss and general wellbeing. Plus specialist small group barre, yoga and pilates!
Whatever your age, lifestyle or fitness level, tell us what body shape you want to achieve and we’ll get you there with our trademark Group Personal Training. Many of our sessions are suitable for new mums and mums-to-be so if you're expecting or post-natal we'll help you choose the sessions that are right for you.We're open seven days a week with regular sessions across the day to fit with your schedule.

As an Elite Personal Trainer & Group Instructor(Level 4 Ereps, BSc of Physical Education and Sports Science) and Advanced Nutrition Advisor, my passion is to help people to look and feel fitter, healthier and stronger with more confidence. Fitness is "a gift" to yourself, it's "freedom".
Aussie Kelly arrived in the UK from Melbourne just this year. Inspired by Australian Olympic sprinter Cathy Freeman, Kelly has Certificates III and IV in Fitness with specialisms including Pre- and Post-Natal training, Pelvic Floor, Functional Fitness, Dealing with Shoulder Pain & Lower Back Pain. All being used to good effect in our Group Personal Training sessions.
"Pretty Boy" Freddy - that's his boxing nickname - is a pro boxer who names the great Muhammad Ali as his inspiration. Nothing is impossible when Freddy's taking our Group Personal Training sessions in Queens Park.
Having started her career as a dance teacher Paula soon moved to fitness, becoming a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and achieving a raft of other qualifiicaftions including Fitness Instructor, GP and Exercise Referral, Sports Conditioning, Circuit Training & Group Indoor Cycling. A busy bee!
Qualified to EQF Level 4, Evi has specialist qualifications in Power Plate & TRX to boot. Hobbies include drama, contemporary dance and ....plumbing!
With a BSc Psychology with Criminology to go alongside her Level 3 Personal Training qualification, Candice is a competitive boxer hence she names PowerBox as her favourite Group Personal Training session. Loves Green & Blacks Dark Chocolate & Ginger...so do we!
