The majority of our sessions are perfect for pregnant mothers and when you book your initial consultation your dedicated trainer will advise you of the best sessions for you to attend, dependent on the trimester you are in and how your pregnancy is progressing. That being said, our studios do offer specific Pre Natal classes which have been carefully choreographed to ensure that you get the benefits that regular exercise can bring to both you and the baby whilst feeling totally secure that you are in a safe and friendly environment.
You must check with your GP before beginning to, or continuing with, exercise whilst pregnant. If you were not exercising before your pregnancy but have decided to start then we do advise that you wait until you are 12-14 weeks into your pregnancy before commencing.

Our studios offer a boutique fitness experience to local Mums, designed to boost your mood and support lifestyle change in our friendly, warm holistic environment. Bring Baby in their carry cot, car seat or use one of our special baby seats so they can watch Mummy get fit, strengthen her back, abdominals & pelvic floor.
