Our boutique studio in vibrant Muswell Hill is our third in North London, located on Fortis Green Road just down from the cinema towards the junction with Queens Avenue.
Whatever your age, lifestyle or fitness level, tell us what body shape you want to achieve and we’ll get you there with just two 30 minute fitness classes a week and expert nutrition advice, using the latest techniques and personalised instruction in small groups. Come along and find out why we're considered the smart alternative to the gym.
We're open seven days a week with sessions on the hour and half hour throughout the day.

Experienced Matt came into fitness when he needed to shed some pounds. Now 3.5 stone lighter his impressive qualifications include Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Specialist Lower Back Pain Management and Self-Defence Instructor. Recently promoted to manage our busy W Hamps studio.
A teenage winner of various UK Dance Championships and 1st Class Hon. grad in Dance Studies, Grace's strong core lends itself to our fab classes. She's a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with specialisms including Padwork and Sports Conditioning. Oh, and she's an accomplished pianist & violinist!
With a theatrical career that's seen her perform on three West End Stages and dance for Britain in the Italian Dance Grand Prix, don't be surprised if Maria sings and tap dance's her way through a class. Her string of qualifications includes YMCA CYQ Exercise, Movement and Dance.
REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Misha has a Distinction in Perfoming Arts to go alongside her fitness qualifications. Feeling a little flat? Misha's energy and infectious enthusiasm will give you a lively classes and a lot of fun!
John joined us in 2008 at West Hampstead before moving across to manage Muswell Hill. A former Athlete of the Year at Middlesex Uni, when he's not enjoying his favourite Full Body Workout, he can probably be found carp fishing in the middle of nowhere.
