We've just had a makeover with TRX and cross-trainer sessions added so come along and see our beautiful new space and experience our fab new sessions. Our studio, in vibrant Muswell Hill, is our second in North London, located on Fortis Green Road just down from the cinema towards the junction with Queens Avenue. We've been wowing our loyal clients since 2008 so come along and try our equipment based Group Personal Training sessions to double your results in half the time.
Whatever your age, lifestyle or fitness level, tell us your fitness and body goals and we’ll get you there with our short but effective Group Personal Training.
We're open seven days a week with sessions on the hour and half hour throughout the day.

John joined us in 2008 at West Hampstead before moving across to manage Muswell Hill. A former Athlete of the Year at Middlesex Uni, when he's not enjoying his favourite Full Body Workout, he can probably be found carp fishing in the middle of nowhere.
Nathalie was a carpenter on large construction sites before she saw the light and we're pleased she did! She's Level 4 Personal Trainer qualified, a certified nutritionist with pre and post natal expertise. On her days off she'll be doing something creative, DIY or riding with her dad on his Harley!
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Karina is also a qualified massage therapist so expect a great warm down after your Group PT session. Craves courgette spaghetti with mashed avocado, garlic, lemon and basil when hungry. A competitive showjumper as a teen, horseriding is still one of her passions.
Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer Eirene also has Kettlebell Instructor qualification and is a keen climber, hence the nickname "Koala". Recently completed the 5 mile Spartan Obstacle Race - well done!
REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified Misha has a Distinction in Perfoming Arts to go alongside her fitness qualifications. Feeling a little flat? Misha's energy and infectious enthusiasm will give you a lively session and a lot of fun!
