Total BodySculpt. Our classic workout. With a bank of over 1,000 exercises we incorporate strength, co-ordination, balance and flexibility for the ultimate toning and weight loss workout.
CrossSpin HIIT. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) principles and designed to improve your cardio fitness and heart health you will also experience improvements in your metabolism whilst developing lean muscle mass.
FitCore Abs. We focus on developing a strong core for improved posture and a lower risk of back injury, as well as that holy grail, the flat stomach.
PowerBox. An adrenalin-pumping workout incorporating boxing moves and focusing on balance, co-ordination, stamina and strength.
FlexStretch. Pulling on many of the principles of Yoga and Pilates, this session will help strengthen your core, improving posture and preventing injury, especially in your back.
Circuits640. The most advanced session on our timetable. Designed to burn the most calories and targeting most of the 640 muscles in your body, this session will push you harder than ever before!
If you’re more advanced you’ll find we incorporate a range of tools and techniques to stretch you including Powerbags, TRX, Kettlebells and ViPR.
