how we work

We carefully select the best technologies to give you the most effective and efficient workout and back this up with sound nutrition advice.

But more important than the technology and equipment that we use is the expertise of our highly trained and friendly Group Personal Trainers who lead each and every session. We offer a variety of sessions most of which are suitable for beginners with a broader range available as you progress. Many of our sessions are suitable for new mums and mums-to-be and we offer both pre- and post-natal exercise options. 

Our approach ensures you will double your results in half the time.

We help you track your progress with regular one-to-one Results Check-Ins, scheduled for every six to eight weeks. During these we can record your vital body stats, lifestyle and goals. Our clients will tell you that this feedback is a big factor in their success.

We know you’re pressed for time which is why most of our sessions last 30 minutes. You’ll get a high intensity but safe workout each time in a small group.

Our personalised approach means we’ll help you select the sessions to suit your fitness level and help you achieve your goals. Here’s a small selection...

Total BodySculpt. Our classic workout. With a bank of over 1,000 exercises we incorporate strength, co-ordination, balance and flexibility for the ultimate toning and weight loss workout.

CrossSpin HIIT. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) principles and designed to improve your cardio fitness and heart health you will also experience improvements in your metabolism whilst developing lean muscle mass. 

FitCore Abs. We focus on developing a strong core for improved posture and a lower risk of back injury, as well as that holy grail, the flat stomach.

PowerBox. An adrenalin-pumping workout incorporating boxing moves and focusing on balance, co-ordination, stamina and strength.

FlexStretch. Pulling on many of the principles of Yoga and Pilates, this session will help strengthen your core, improving posture and preventing injury, especially in your back.

Circuits640. The most advanced session on our timetable. Designed to burn the most calories and targeting most of the 640 muscles in your body, this session will push you harder than ever before!

If you’re more advanced you’ll find we incorporate a range of tools and techniques to stretch you including Powerbags, TRX, Kettlebells and ViPR.

Our FastTone Zone features Power Plate, the latest in advanced vibration technology, to give you an intense workout far quicker than traditional resistance equipment. Read more>  And we’ve introduced the Keiser m5 Strider to our FitBurn zone, a new breed of cross-trainer which burns calories more efficiently.

It's such a great concept, friendly & welcoming, and I know my body is pretty much back to pre-baby shape even though I have only been going for a few months.
