how we work

We carefully select the best technologies to give you the most effective and efficient workout and back this up with sound nutrition advice.

But more important than the technology and equipment that we use is the expertise of our highly trained and friendly Group Personal Trainers who lead each and every session. We offer a variety of sessions most of which are suitable for beginners with a broader range available as you progress. Many of our sessions are suitable for new mums and mums-to-be and we offer both pre- and post-natal exercise options. 

Our approach ensures you will double your results in half the time.

We help you track your progress with regular one-to-one Results Check-Ins, scheduled for every six to eight weeks. During these we can record your vital body stats, lifestyle and goals. Our clients will tell you that this feedback is a big factor in their success.

We know you’re pressed for time which is why most of our sessions last 30 minutes. You’ll get a high intensity but safe workout each time in a small group.

Our personalised approach means we’ll help you select the sessions to suit your fitness level and help you achieve your goals. Here’s a small selection...

Total BodySculpt. Classes are held on our advanced technology Power Plate machines, which accelerate weight loss, improve muscle strength as well as tone and flexibility. If you are looking for a fun but intense workout, these classes are for you.

TRX BodySculpt. Taking total bodyweight training to a whole new level. TRX suspension training is safe, hugely effective and most of all, FUN. Helping you to increase strength, performance and posture. The small group means you can work at your own level. TRX BodySculpt will work all of your major muscle groups in ways you never thought possible.

Indoor Cycling. This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills and exercises whilst being pushed further by your trainer and some super motivational music. All levels are welcome as our classes are designed for everyone.

PowerBOX. Now this style of class is great fun. Come & burn fat, tone up and improve your overall fitness level. Our small Power Plate Boxing classes are an active cardio class utilising boxing moves & equipment. You will be addicted after just one class.

FlexStretch. Focussing on improving body awareness in everyday life by increasing flexibility and range of motion. FlexStretch classes help to relieve stress and tension by relaxing the mind and the body. Pulling on many of the principles of Yoga and Pilates, this session will help strengthen your core, improving posture and preventing injury, especially in your back. ideal for all levels of fitness.

Ultimate Circuits. This class will have you working every muscle group in your body using equipment such as suspension training (TRX), ViPR's and Kettlebells to keep challenging your body. A great class to help tone up muscles & reduce body fat. Each class will always be different to keep you on your toes.
