Welcome to our bright and buzzing studio at 63 Balham High Road SW12, just up from Waitrose and a short distance from both Clapham and Wandsworth Commons.
We offer the brand new concept of Group Personal Training - equipment based group exercise to double your results in half the time.
Featuring three fitness zones offering a fantastic mix of 30 minute sessions, all in small groups and always led by one of our expert Group Personal Trainers, this is fitness on your terms. Our zones feature the very latest techniques focusing on improving your cardio fitness, core strength, weight loss and general wellbeing. Plus specialist small group yoga a mini creche for your little ones (read on down for more info)
Whatever your age, lifestyle or fitness level, tell us your goals and we’ll get you there with our trademark Group Personal Training. Many of our sessions are suitable for new mums and mums-to-be so if you're expecting or post-natal we'll help you choose the sessions that are right for you. We're open seven days a week with sessions on the hour and half hour throughout the day to fit with your schedule.

Our NEW boutique creche, Chatty Nannies, is open each morning allowing you to enjoy your Group Personal Training session in peace whilst we look after your 0-7 year old!
Please note that the creche is owned and operated independently of Movers & Shapers (we'd prefer to leave it to the experts!) and any enquiries should be made directly with the operator.

Sophie is our General Manager, a Level 3 PT and certified in Pre-post Natal Exercise & Nutrition and Nutrition for Sport. She loves adventure so most of her indoor training is to be able to perform better outdoors! She is most at peace living in a forest, hanging off a wall, and splashing about in the water. Endurance activities include triathlon, off road marathon, Tough Guy, and currently planning a big wall climbing trip to Yosemite.
René, South African born, is a Level 3 PT, TRX and KB qualified, level 1 Power Plate, Reformer Pilates instructor and works for a fun run fitness start-up. She's grown up with all types of fitness/sports/activities from gymnastics, figure skating to modelling and especially has a love for swimming.
The purpose in her teaching is a 'you can do' attitude. This stems from her greatest sport achievement; a 10-day cycle across South Africa, averaging 180km a day, to run the Comrades Ultra Marathon of 89km on the 11th day. "I want to show clients what they can do through mental control, and tapping into that moment when the mind wants to give up..."
A qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, Yoga and spin instructor with a passion for fitness for the mind, body and soul. She also has a background in performing arts having worked on stage and in front of the camera. Outside of the studio she runs her own company ‘K-WELLNESS’ promoting the importance of self-love and wellbeing in all forms.

Sarah trained as a dancer from the age of three and has a professional background in theatre as a performer. Seven years ago Sarah moved into the fitness industry to help motivate people to transform their lives through movement and nutrition and she has been working as a Personal Trainer and a studio instructor ever since. Training all age ranges from children to the elderly, Sarah has worked with complete beginners, right through to fitness enthusiasts.
Graciela is an Exercise to Music Fitness Instructor as well as having several degrees in Music and Singing. When she's not at the gym you can see her perform in the London music scene (she has sung at Glastonbury and Eurovision to name a few!). She's passionate about all things fitness, body expression and singing.
Following a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and despite a childhood dream to be a Vet, Oana chose the fitness route and we're pleased she did. With specialist knowledge of TRX, Sculpt, Supple Strength & Kettlebells to name a few.
Big T plays basketball (no surprise there) and American Football when he's not taking our small group sessions. He boasts a Sports Science degree and is qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. And did you know...he once beat Frank Bruno in a push-up challenge!
With a degree in Law and a National Kickboxing title under his belt, Vijay combines both mental and physical dexterity in delivering his carefully planned Group Personal Training sessions. Enjoy!
Level 3 Trainer qualified Gonzalo loves the team spirit that comes wth our 30 minute sessions. If he's taking yours, ask him to put on the dance tracks - he's an acclaimed Salsa dancer and won't be shy to demo a few moves and incorprate them into his circuits.
